To make an appointment
Please contact me on my mobile, as listed on my profile. Unfortunately, I do not always have time to check emails and I find texting easier to communicate.
When contacting, please state the DAY and TIME you would like to meet.
If we have not met before, you NEED to reconfirm your appointment by midday the day before. If you do not, I will assume you are no longer coming along (but do not have the grace to let me know), cancel the appointment, and block your number from future contact.
I only give out my postcode the day before the appointment. I will give you my door number once you arrive and park up.
Please make requests when booking the appointment and NOT on the day of your appointment.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Sometimes, people need to cancel appointments; I have to cancel appointments occasionally. However, as much notice as possible is appreciated so I can give that appointment to someone else.
I require 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment to allow me time to fill the slot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a £65 cancellation fee. Otherwise, I will not take any further bookings from you.
If you cancel twice in a row or make a habit of cancelling your appointment, I will not accept further bookings from you.
Important Update Regarding New Clients
Due to recent experiences with some new clients failing to confirm or forgetting their appointments, I’ve updated my booking policy.
New clients can only book appointments up to one week in advance or on the same day (if I’m available).
If a new client fails to confirm their appointment per my policy, the booking will be cancelled, and I will blacklist the number.
I require 48 hrs notice of cancellation. Failure to honour this will incur a 50% cancellation fee if you want to book future appointments.
