Deposits Policy
NO Deposit equals NO booking!!
The deposit upfront is to secure the booking timeslot and cover venue hire costs.
I have a list of options for deposits that are reassuringly safe & secure.

For a 1hr MK venue booking £180
The breakdown is
£100 pounds upfront to secure the booking timeslot & £80 cash on arrival .
Reschedule / Moving / Transfer Deposit
Transfer deposit money is a good will gesture to show compassion and understanding.
Your session date can be moved up to 1 month from the original date.
I will not tolerate it being abused moved date to another date and still not sessioning for months later
Transfer deposit only once and once only
Lateness Policy
I will wait 15mins then it's cancelled, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to 100% of the booking fee if you book again.
My Refund Policy
You will not get a Refunds if you chicken out or No Show
ALL Deposits are Non - Refundable
The only time i will refund a deposit - Fully . Is when I am unable to attend the session . An Example - An I'llness Or an Emergency.
My Cancellations Policy
With Notice
If you cancel within 3 days before the session date - no refund.
I can compromise & transfer your date up to 1 month of the original date.
Last Minute/ Zero Notice
Last minute cancellation / On the day of session date - will not get a Refund or a Transfer to different date your deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay 100% of the booking fee if you book again.
